Refund policy

Regular priced clothing can be exchanged within 14 days of date received. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All accessories, sale items and special orders are Final Sale.

Items will ship 24-72 hours from date purchased. If item is out of stock customer will be issued a FULL REFUND.

IN STORE credits can be used IN STORE ONLY.

ONLINE CREDITS can be used in store or online.

Credits are valid for 1 year from date issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen credits.

Customers MUST email us if sending item back and are responsible for all shipping fees.

Sassy Savannah's reserves the right to refuse any returns.
